These are the rules for using crawlkit.online. They are written in plain English on purpose. By using the site you agree to them.
1. What the site is
CrawlKit provides free, browser-based tools for website owners, such as the robots.txt generator. The tools are provided as they are, with no sign-up and no fee.
2. Using the tools
You can use the tools for personal or commercial work. The files and text they produce are yours. You are responsible for checking the output before putting it on a live website. A robots.txt rule that is wrong for your site can hide pages from search engines, and we cannot check your site for you.
3. No guarantees
We work to keep the tools accurate and the site available, but we cannot promise either. Search engines change how they read files, and a tool that is right today may need updating tomorrow. Use your own judgement and test your files with Google Search Console.
4. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or the files it generates, including lost traffic, lost rankings or lost revenue. If something on the site looks wrong, please tell us and we will fix it.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not try to break the site, overload it, scrape it with automated tools or use it for anything illegal. Do not use the contact form to send spam.
6. Content on this site
The articles, guides and design of crawlkit.online belong to us. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not copy whole articles and republish them as your own.
7. Advertising and third parties
The site shows ads from third-party networks such as Google AdSense. We do not control the content of those ads. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for what you find there. How ads and cookies work here is explained in the privacy policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
